The Essex Music Fund exists to ensure excellent music education is available to all young people within Essex. Music has the power to transform lives – it is not simply a means to an end; it is also an end in itself. Music gives children and young people the opportunity to express themselves, explore their creativity, to work hard at something, persevere and shine. Musical experiences, education and achievements stay with them and help shape their lives. 

This Fund will support specific projects and voluntary and community organisations which are enabling young people to engage in suitable and relevant musical groups within their community. 

Your donation directly contributes towards music education and experiences for young people who might otherwise miss out. Music has the power to bring communities togethers and create a sense of belonging and unity.
